Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Saveur. By creating an account, you agree to them.

The service

Saveur provides AI-generated interview practice, coaching feedback, resume tools, and related career-preparation features. AI-generated content (feedback, scores, coaching advice, resume suggestions) is provided for practice and preparation purposes — it is not professional career, legal, or psychological advice, and we don't guarantee any interview or job outcome from using it.

Application Tracker optionally lets you connect a Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, or Outlook Calendar account to automatically detect job-application and interview status changes; see the Privacy Policy for exactly what's accessed and how it's used. This connection is opt-in and can be disconnected at any time.

Accounts

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 16 (or your country's age of digital consent, if higher) to use Saveur.

Subscriptions and billing

Some features (marked "Pro") require a paid subscription, billed and processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; you can manage or cancel your subscription from the app's Subscription & Payment screen. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable law and the app store's own refund policies (Apple App Store / Google Play), where purchases were made through those platforms. Note that permanently deleting your account (see "Termination" below) also immediately cancels any active subscription — you don't need to cancel it separately first.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the app to harass, impersonate, or harm others.
• Upload content you don't have the right to share (e.g., someone else's confidential documents).
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service or its AI features beyond normal personal use.
• Use interview feedback or generated content to misrepresent your qualifications to a third party.

Your content

You retain ownership of the documents, recordings, and career diary entries you upload or create. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the features you've requested (e.g., sending your resume text to our AI provider to generate suggestions).

Referral program

If you participate in the referral program, discounts are subject to the terms shown in-app at the time of sharing (e.g., the referred account must subscribe to a paid plan for either party to receive a discount). We may modify or end the referral program at any time; already-earned discounts already applied to an invoice are not affected retroactively.

Disclaimers

The service, including all AI-generated content, is provided "as is." We don't warrant that feedback, scores, or suggestions are error-free, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saveur and its operators aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can permanently delete your account at any time from Settings > Delete Account. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone, and if you have an active paid subscription, deleting your account immediately cancels it — you lose access right away rather than at the end of your current billing period, and no further charges will be made.

Changes to these terms

We'll update the "last updated" date above when these terms change. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
